Description

The Ampoule Drawing Bottle Filling Machine is designed for automatic filling and sealing of ampoule glass bottles, widely used in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and biotech industries. It ensures high precision filling and a secure sealing process. The machine is made of SUS304 & 316L stainless steel, fully compliant with the latest GMP standards.

The number of filling needles can be customized based on product requirements. Depending on the production process needs, a standalone ampoule filling and sealing machine or an integrated ampoule filling and sealing production line can be customized.

Features:

  1. The machine adopts a rectangular transmission structure, ensuring stable ampoule transportation and reducing the risk of bottle breakage.
  2. Equipped with a new clutch device, allowing the ampoule bottle conveyor to stop without shutting down the machine.
  3. The machine adopts the horizontal discharge device and the bottle turning mechanism to make the finished ampoule out smoothly.

Working Principle of Ampoule Drawing Bottle Filling Machine

The ampoule pull-sealing filling machine operates through a series of automated processes to ensure precise filling and secure sealing of ampoule bottles. The working principle can be broken down into the following steps:

Ampoule Feeding
Empty ampoules are automatically fed into the machine via a conveyor system.
The ampoules are positioned and held upright for processing.

Preheating & Sterilization
The ampoules pass through a heating zone where they are preheated to remove any potential contaminants.
High-temperature sterilization ensures a clean and sterile filling environment.

Liquid Filling
A precise metering system, typically using peristaltic pumps or piston pumps, fills the ampoules with liquid medication or other substances.
The nozzles are designed to prevent spillage and dripping, ensuring accuracy and hygiene.

Pull-Sealing Process
The ampoule neck is heated using an oxygen and gas flame.
Once the glass softens, mechanical tongs pull and shape the ampoule neck to form a hermetic seal.
This process ensures a secure, airtight closure, preserving the sterility and quality of the contents.

Cooling & Collection
The sealed ampoules are cooled and transported to an output conveyor.
Finished ampoules are collected in a designated area for inspection and packaging.
