Customizaition options mainly include the filling head, filling method, bottle type adaptation, material, degree of automation and special functions, etc. It depends on the product characteristics and production requirements to ensure an efficient, accurate and safe production process.
Customization Options
1. Equipment appearance & structure design
- Equipment size, color, Logo customization (screen printing, laser engraving, etc.)
- Equipment material (304/316L stainless steel, Teflon anticorrosive material, etc.)
- Equipment layout (single machine, connected production, multi-function machine, etc.)
2. Filling system
- Filling method: flow meter, piston pump, gravity type, negative pressure type, etc.
- Filling head: Nozzle number, diameter, nozzle type (drip proof, submersible, etc.)
- Material compatibility: food grade, pharmaceutical grade, corrosion resistance to acid and alkali, etc.
3. Filling Methods:
- Flow Meter: Suitable for high-precision filling, such as medicine, food industry.
- Piston Pump: Suitable for high viscosity liquids such as honey, sauces, shampoos, etc.
- Gravity Filling: Suitable for low viscosity liquids, such as mineral water, fruit juice, etc.
Negative pressure Filling: Suitable for small bottles of perfume and alcohol liquids to ensure the same liquid level.
4. Filling nozz type:
- Ordinary filling head: Suitable for most liquids.
- Drip proof filling head: Prevents liquid from dripping, suitable for low viscosity liquids.
- Submersible filling head: Suitable for foam liquids, such as cleaning agents, disinfectants, etc.
Vacuum suction filling head: For high-precision, small bottles of liquid, such as perfume, chemical reagents, etc.
5. Filling Accuracy & Speed
PLC parameters can be adjusted to improve the filling accuracy (generally ±0.5% – ±1%).
High speed filling mode or standard filling mode.
Optional servo motor control to improve accuracy.
6. Bottle Adaptability
The bottle diameter and height can be adjusted to support different shapes and sizes of bottles.
Quick-change fixture or conveyor belt adjustment to adapt to a variety of bottle types and reduce line change time.
7. Automation and intelligent upgrading
Automatic control system (PLC touch screen, multi-language support, remote monitoring function)
Semi-automatic option: manual bottle, manual operation of part of the process.
Sensors & Precision control (no bottle, no filling, anti-spill detection)
Networking functions (remote monitoring, intelligent fault diagnosis)
8. Optional Features
Heating and stirring system (suitable for high viscosity liquids, such as honey, gel products).
CIP cleaning system (suitable for food and pharmaceutical industries for easy cleaning).
Explosion-proof design (suitable for alcohol, solvents, chemicals and other flammable liquids).
No bottle and no filling function (automatic filling after the bottle is detected, improving safety and efficiency).
9. Packaging system (optional)
Bottle sorting machine, capping machine, labeling machine, inkjet machine, marking machine, counting machine, bottle washing machine, sterilization and drying machine, testing system, conveyor belt and other integrated production program.
