1. How to order?
Contact us and kindly let us know your requirements of these information: container specifications (bottle size, material, shape) or send us samples, product type, capacity, workshop layout, and filling speed and accuracy requirements, etc. Whether additional functions are required, such as automatic stamping, capping, labeling, packaging, coding, etc. We will send you the quotation within 24 hours.
2. Do you accept customization?
Yes. Our engineering team will work closely with you to co-design a fully customized practical solution tailored to your production goals and operational needs.
3. Is the operation panel of the machine multilingual?
In order to facilitate the operation of clients from different countries and personnel with different languages, we can set different languages on the operation panel according to your needs.
4. How long does it take from order to delivery?
- For standard machine with simple set, test,and debugging, 3-5 days.
- For customized machines and a full production line, 25-30 days.
Each machine undergoes rigorous performance testing to guarantee smooth and efficient operation before handed it over to the clients. The videos will be sent to the client while testing.
5. What is the payment terms?
Normally wire transfer (T/T), or consult with client as appropriate.
6. How is the machine packed for delivery?
The machine is wrapped with waterproof and dust-proof film, shock-proof, and packed in wooden case to ensure that the machine is not damaged during transportation.
7. How do you transport the machines to my address?
Filling machines are usually heavier and can be shipped by sea (lower cost but longer time 15-35 days), urgent orders shipped by air (faster but higher cost,5-12 days), also need to evaluate the distance of the delivery desitination.
Shipping terms:
- FOB-to the China port hand it over to your shipping agent.
- CIF-Ship the machine to your indicated port in your country.
- DDU-to door shipping to your adddress.

8. How do I install the machine after receiving it?
With your shipment, you will receive a printed product manual and installation instructions.
Additionally, we’ll send an electronic version of the manual and an installation video directly to your email. You can message/email us, or call us directly.
Should any issues arise during operation, our team is available 24/7 to assist you. We offer personalized support through voice or video calls, and for more complex issues, on-site guidance and training are available to ensure your equipment operates flawlessly.
9. What after-sales services do you provide?
We offer a one-year warranty on non-wearing parts, with the option to extend coverage as needed.
Standard and custom spare parts are readily available for quick replacements to minimize downtime and keep your operations running smoothly.
