Maintenance and Operation Procedures for Spray Filling Machines

Since the spray filling machine is a fully automated system, it requires uniform specifications for pump heads and bottle diameters to ensure compatibility. It is recommended to use bottles of similar specifications for optimal performance.

Pre-Startup Inspection
Before turning on the machine, first activate the air compressor and ensure that the air and power supply are properly connected.
Check the surrounding area for any abnormalities and confirm that all conditions are normal before starting the machine.

Adjustment and Operation
Use appropriate tools when making adjustments. Avoid using oversized tools or excessive force to prevent damage to machine components and ensure stable performance.
After adjusting the machine, always tighten the corresponding screws securely.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Keep the machine clean at all times. Oil stains, residual liquid, or glass debris on the machine are strictly prohibited, as they may cause damage or corrosion.
During operation, promptly clean any spilled liquid or glass fragments to maintain smooth production.
At the end of each shift, wipe down the machine and apply clean lubricant to all moving parts to protect its components.
Perform a thorough cleaning at least once a week, paying special attention to hard-to-reach areas. Use compressed air to remove dust and debris if necessary.

Following these maintenance procedures will help ensure the machine operates efficiently and extends its service life.
