This allows for uninterrupted sterilization of both the inner and outer surfaces of vials, improving sterilization efficiency before the filling process. The tunnel sterilization oven is customizable, with segmented heating, independent electrical control cabinets, and user-friendly operation. It primarily consists of a conveyor system and a drying chamber, with each section featuring independent PID temperature control for uniform heating. The conveyor speed is adjustable with frequency conversion for stable and efficient operation.

Working Principle of the Vial Sterilization Oven:
Under computer-controlled operation, vials enter the tunnel sterilization oven in sequence via the conveyor belt, passing through three sections: the preheating zone, high-temperature sterilization zone, and cooling zone. The conveyor speed is infinitely adjustable via frequency control, and the temperature monitoring system can generate either paper or electronic records. Throughout the sterilization process, the vials remain in a Grade A laminar airflow environment, ensuring a contamination-free operation.

The electronic heating components of the tunnel sterilization oven are installed at the top to enhance heating efficiency. The oven is equipped with a safety electrical control cabinet and a touchscreen temperature control system. The temperature can be adjusted and set to a constant level. At the outlet, a Grade A laminar airflow hood ensures a strictly controlled sterile and dust-free environment while cooling the vials for the subsequent filling process.

For insulation, the sterilization oven utilizes aluminum silicate as the primary insulating material, providing excellent thermal retention.
